Can not recommend this place enough! Originally they didn't have the pram I was after, in store, but was happy to order one in with the spec we was after! We was kept up to date with the process and was told as soon as it had arrived in store.
On collection the 2 colleagues in store helped carry the boxes out to the car. They were an absolute delight, very polite!

Great customer service, Rashid went above and beyond to get us a good outcome in regards to our car seat (which after buying 3 years ago needed the release button fixing) Rashid was able to get me a replacement car seat in a newer model (Originally quoted £90 from Maxi Cosi just to fix ours!). He kept in touch with me throughout the process and was really customer focused.
Also got all our nursery furniture and pram from here (3 years ago) Rashid delivered it, as I was local and showed me how to fit my car seat. And everything had been great.

Went to get opinion and ideas regarding twin pram. Found the staff very helpful. Andrea spent a decent good amount of time to help us identify different options that we could potentially choose from. We did not buy the pram from them on this visit but found the staff very helpful and informative. They also have a good variety available in store. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and product knowledge. Following a back injury I needed a new car seat and pram for my granddaughter and have literally spent hours in the shop. The staff and owners were just excellent and patient. Thank you Andrea who went way over and above to help me. She built the pram and installed my car seat due to my back. I can’t recommend enough.

Bought our pram here yesterday. Both of the ladies were so helpful and we were shown how to use each part of the travel system. We were delighted with the price and thrilled to hear that it would be steam cleaned ready for us to pick up once we are ready (as it was ex-display) ❤️ This shop is excellent for prams, cots and car seats as well as so much more, there’s such a huge variety!

We bought a silver cross reef travel system pram from Tangerini. Rishi and his team were so helpful in guiding us through their showroom and demonstrating various brands and styles. This is a one stop shop for everything you need for your baby! I ordered last minute which was no problem at all and rishi even delivered my pram for me! Excellent service would 100% recommend!
